Introduktion
We are going to investigate the differences between the schools in Italy and Sweden. Saverio, an exchange student, obviously knows a lot about the schools in Italy and now also a lot about the schools in Sweden.

And we have noticed some big differences, even though Italy is located in Europe and isn’t so far away from Sweden as, for example, America.

Utdrag
In Italy, like in Sweden, there are different lines for the high school. First of all, there are two main categories: “Istituti Tecnici'' and Licei.

The first one is used for lines that enable students to start working immediately after High school, while the second one refers to schools where students get a preparation to attend the college(university.

It doesn’ t mean that students attending an “Istituto Tecnico” can’t go to college, but it will probably be a little bit harder for them.

There are a lot of lines for “Istituti Tecnici”, the most importants are “Alberghiero” and “Ragioneria”.
