Introduktion
The prelude to my summer vacation commenced with a boisterous end-of-school bash at a fellow classmate's house, celebrating the conclusion of the academic year just before the summer break.

The gathering was a lively reunion, reuniting me with old friends with whom I shared laughter and stories.

We reveled for a while at their house before embarking on a train journey to Tisvilde beach. It was an exhilarating way to kick off the summer, and I had a hunch that more such festivities awaited.

We lingered in Zadar for what felt like three enchanting days before resuming our journey to another Croatian city, the name of which now escapes me.

There, we settled into one of those cozy apartments where other families also resided. Our private pool and proximity to a sandy beach provided a welcome change, as Croatian beaches often feature rocky terrain.

As our road trip drew to a close, we commenced our journey back home on the 17th of June, albeit with an unexpected inconvenience.

A grueling five-hour traffic jam awaited us at the border crossing. Upon returning home, I received an invitation from a friend who had recently acquired a new cat.
