Allow me to share a brief anecdote about a remarkable woman named Julissa Arce. Originally hailing from Mexico, Julissa arrived in the United States legally at the age of 11, accompanying her parents. However, at the tender age of 14, her visa expired, rendering her an undocumented immigrant.
