I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at the Apple Store. I recently visited the store to seek a replacement for my iPhone, which was no longer working.
Despite having an appointment, I was forced to wait for over two hours before being seen by a representative. When I finally had the opportunity to speak with a representative, they informed me that the replacement process would take an additional two weeks.
I was disappointed to hear this, as I rely heavily on my phone for both personal and professional use. Two weeks passed, and I received a phone call from the store informing me that the replacement phone was ready for pickup.
