I am writing on behalf of a number of members of the sports club who are 'concerned about / fed up with the club and the way it is being run /how you run it.

It has been clear to us for 'quite a while / some time that we have a membership problem. The club, which I visit regularly, has been "noticeably less busy / pretty empty in recent months.
