Dear Editor,
Ever since the first society the woman’s role has been diminished by all, even women. According to statistics one out of four women will be sexually assaulted at least once in their life. The larger cause to this issue is gender inequality.

To begin with there is no denying the fact that there are norms in today’s society that are gender based.

Some people say that this is because of biological reasons, that the man and woman have different traits and that the consequence that is inequality is natural therefore meant to be.

This argument is partially agreeable since the woman’s anatomy is different from the man’s. Although there is nothing the man can do that the woman can not. As a matter of fact women have a physical trait that men don’t have.
