Without a doubt, school is stressful for almost everyone. People can experience stress due to many reasons - exams, assignments, oral presentations, grades, etc. How can we deal with this? And what are the reasons?

This can be a heavy topic for some people, and a common reason that people are stressed in school. What do I want to do in the future? What do I want to work with? Will I be able to get the job I want?
